Disappointed to see a Crowne...

Liked: Very close to the cruise port
Disliked: The furniture, fixtures and wood work was worn and needed cleaning or replacing. The restaurant was okay but felt like a banquet hall or conference room.

We stayed for one night...

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: The room was dirty, the bathtub coating was peeling off and hair in the tub. There was toothpaste in the bathroom sink. The carpet was wet in the corner of the room. For $259 a night this is unacceptable.
