Disliked: Everything is old, need to be replaced to match 4 star reating. Extra fee to include shuttle, swimming pool, wifi should be mentioned that the hotel does not provide the service at said price!

Disliked: Dirty rooms. Toothpaste stains on bathroom walls. Carpet disgusting and dirty. Had to change rooms since first room was so dirty

Liked: When checking in and out, bith agents were awesome. I would recommend family and friends.
Disliked: I suggest you have more agents available. When standing in line, people behind me and in front of me were complaining.

Liked: I liked the location of the hotel because it was very close to the airport. They also had a shuttle that will take to and from the airport.
Disliked: Queen size beds were full size instead. They charge a deposit of $200 a night deposit. They argued with me that it was in my papers that I signed and when I tried to show the lady at the desk she wouldnt even look at it that it wasnt in there.

Exceptional
