Excellent choice for hotel south...

Liked: The breakfast choices were good and the quality was high. The buffet selection was good as well. The rooftop restaurant quality was excellent. The service overall was excellent. The rooms were extremely well soundproofed.
Disliked: More selection for the breakfast buffet. Less noise at the rooftop restaurant. The rooms were small.

Disappointing

Disliked: Beds very hard, pillows very thin, kettle had dirty water left in it that clearly had not been cleaned for some time. We had a tapping noise all night long that drove us mad and the smoke alarm situated right above the bed constantly flashed green which was very annoying all night. We complained and the staff did not seem bothered at all.

Liked: Breakfast was very good. We loved the fact that it wasn't crowded. The staff at Breakfast was amazing and very helpful they made us very relaxed. Also the lady that checked me in was very nice and she gave me a warm welcome I just feel bad that I didn't get her name.
Disliked: Everything did meet our standards

Liked: Continently located to explore much of London. The staff was super friendly. The price was reasonable. Everything was impeccably clean. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets excellent quality. Shower was amazing!!
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like.
