Disliked: Computers in business office did not work and no one could fix them and I really needed to print out my concert tickets.

Liked: It was very clean, staff was friendly location was great for our need. And the shuttle driver was exceptional and helpful.

Disliked: The shuttle service. We contacted the hotel from the airport to arrange for a shuttle. The person we talked to didn’t seem to know anything about a shuttle. We were then told it would be there in 20 minutes. We waited 30 minutes and a shuttle never came. We ended up getting a taxi to the hotel. The the next day when we enquired about the shuttle it was $15.00 a person and a taxi was a flat rate of $20.00. We were very disappointed in the shuttle service.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff.

Liked: Lovely big room, the bed was very comfortable, plenty of hanging spaces for your clothes, lovely shower with plenty of towels and a good choice in the restaurant.
Disliked: There was nothing I could fault about the hote.

Great quality hotel

Liked: Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. The pickup from the airport was quite seamless. The transfer to the ship was great.

Very comfortable one night stay...

Liked: The beds were so soft and comfortable. The bathroom was also fully stocked with many towels and full-sized toiletry bottles. The room was also very spacious!
Disliked: I didn't like the quality of the breakfast buffet. The quality of the food was subpar given the price.

Overalls stay was ok.

Liked: Room, convenient shuttle.
Disliked: Breakfast was expensive for a buffet with the same food that is provided complementary at most other IHG hotels.
