An available quickly booked room...

Liked: A room was available and near the event at Morton's I was attending. For as they say, it is all about location, location, and location. The parking lot was also well lite which made me worry less about my vehicle.
Disliked: The check-in staff was a tad inattentive and could have paid more attention to guests rather than their phones. As well, the lobby was a l ittle in a disarray with small childing running about, where I do not dislike children, I had two with me, the staff should have asked parents not to allow their kids to run about yelling.

Not returning bad experience

Liked: Very dirty sheets were torn smelling carpets liked absolutely nothing !!
Disliked: Everything… rooms are tiny and old carpets smell so bad. Dirty sheets on bed and torn

Pleasant

Liked: Property was clean, the staff was welcoming and kind. The location was a plus right across the Mall.
Disliked: I didn’t like that there was not a microwave in the room. It was very inconvenient. I had my infant who needed warm milk during the day and night and I had to keep going out near the lobby to use their microwave. Which was dirty and not cleaned. I arrived on Friday and it had the same dirty stains until Sunday morning. They had finally cleaned it. It should be cleaned everyday throughout the day. Room felt small, definitely don’t recommend for a family with little ones.
