Very good

Liked: Great shuttle service, especially being able to track the route of the shuttle bus. Good dinner in you lounge
Disliked: Pastries and coffee in the lobby prior to our 4:30 am shuttle back to the airport

Highly disappointing and not restful.

Liked: The hotel was very close to the airport.
Disliked: The staff was rude. The front desk worker booked us into a conjoined room and we heard slamming of the door next to us the ENTIRE night. It was extremely disturbing. We heard banging from the door the entire night. The next morning we complained and the other front desk worker revealed that he did not know why the previous worker gave us that room because there were MULTIPLE other rooms available that were not conjoined. We will NEVER book this hotel again. Highly disappointed!

Excellent hotel!

Liked: I really like it’s location and amenities
Disliked: There was one staff member that made us wait hours to give us a room.However, as soon as she was gone the other person told us that there were rooms available
