Check in was at 3 pm which was ridiculous. Reserved a non-smoking room but the room smelled like cigarettes - even the lobby smelled like cigarettes. Tried to order room service for breakfast but no one answered so we had to drive and find somewhere to eat. For the amount we paid for one night I think it was a rip off - totally disappointed with our stay. The staff were friendly - the only positive I noted.

Liked: The rooms were nice and clean and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: The restroom the water was not hot enough someone left a towel from the previous people and the pool was having maintenance

Disappointing

Liked: The front of the hotel looked super nice but once you checked in and went to your room it’s a different story.
Disliked: The rooms need a upgrade the phones and smoke detectors were old the looks on the room looked flimsy the restroom was hot and the AC felt muggy my bed had hairs like from the previous person staying there

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious
Disliked: There are no cameras in the long hallway

Liked: The king size bed was very comfortable and slept well.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that there was no microwave or mini fridge in the regular rooms. My other family booked a suite and had all the amenities and we paid the same price. We had to fix the running toilet. The chain needs to be replaced! We couldn’t turn on any heat it was a little chilly that night so we just dealt with it. Only one elevator worked.
