Liked: Location, very clean,very nice view of golf course, good breakfast, comfortable beds, spacious rooms
Disliked: The staff was ok but didn’t go out of their way to be friendly and attentive. For instance, my husband has obvious mobility problems and the staff didn’t offer any help getting us and our luggage to the room. The dining room attendant was more attentive and friendly.

One of the best experiences...

Liked: Staff was top notch, there was a girls high school softball team staying on our floor that were beyond loud & obnoxious...I called the front desk, it immediately stopped and we were able to get to sleep. Also, the lady made the breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: The fact that we couldn't stay longer.

Liked: The lady who works in the breakfast area is friendly. There is a good variety of food available for breakfast.
Disliked: There was hair on our bathroom floor; also, an upgrade could be made as some of the tiles are cracked, and the toilet is very difficult to flush. I am disappointed that after a stay on March 29th, charges are still "pending" on my credit card. It shouldn't take that long.

Exceptional

Liked: The place was definitely clean. The floors were shining. The lady at the front desk was super sweet and helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast didn’t have a big variety.

Fast check in, pleasant staff.
