Disliked: Our reservation was given away, leaving us stranded, because we were late arriving even though we notified the property we were going to be late. We were forced to another hotel where we experienced an even worse nightmare!

Liked: Price
Disliked: Whole experience. Dirty room, trash in stairwells, noisy neighbors most of the night. Dont know how it could rate 2 stars. Rankings need to be better.

Disliked: Cockarouchs and fridge look like it was falling apart rust all over the outside

Liked: Everyone keeps to them self and is respectful of the noise they may ormay not make during respectful hours
Disliked: The room was not clean to any reasonable standard and we bought and spent 2 days deep cleaning the room some furniture has never been moved or ever cleaned. Fridge,stove, end table,bed ext

Disappointing

Disliked: The drain in the tub didn't work, no clean towels when we checked in

Worst

Liked: Close to venue.
Disliked: Dirty, old, right next to a club or something that was blasting music all night. Was locked out of my room when i came back in the evening and told I shouldn't have been put in that room. No remote for TV. No website or instructions how to connect to the wifi.

Pleasant

Liked: It was decently priced, and the hotel was conveniently next to the convention center, so we didn't need to drive, which was super nice. The staff was super nice and got our reservation figured out. They were very helpful.
Disliked: The room was a bit dirty. The beds were clean but the bathroom door didn't open all the way, and the bathroom door knob was broken. There were splatter marks on the walls in various places and so much dust and cobwebs.
