We had no coffee cups in room. We requested them but they never arrived. Water glasses in room were dirty and one was broken. Microwave did not work. Disappointed there was no continental breakfast - we were there January 22nd, 2014.

Liked: Location , comfortable bed
Disliked: Staff smoking outside the door and blocking the ramp when I was trying to get my luggage to my car. No movie channel.

Disliked: The Television channels were very poor, a lot of channels not available, Thursday night we watched Wheel/Fortune & Jeopardy, then Friday, wasn?t Available.... Screen message, channel not available, call server...

Liked: The staff were very friendly, Bistro does great coffee, loved the almond milk macchiato and the food was good. Despite what I stated about the bed, it along with the rest of my room were clean. Also the bed was really comfortable, slept great after my flight.
Disliked: There were what appeared to be ironing marks on one side of my bed. The other side was fine.

Liked hotel. Will never book...
Liked: I booked through you and was very dissatisfied as I had wanted to book the room with a jacquizz in it specifically as I have a husband who has severe arthritis and fibromyalgia. So looking forward to thos and finding out we didnt even ending up with this. I dont know what happened but I will not book through this again. I will call the hotel the next time. Very dissatisfied customer.
Disliked: The bed was way too hard. My back is so sore. Please read comments above about how disappointed I am about booking.com

Room and staff great. Restaurant...
Liked: Room was exceptionally clean. The housekeepers greeted us and guessed that we might like extra towels staff very pleasant.
Disliked: Restaurant breakfast was expensive, over packaged ( no reason for yogurt and fruit to be in plastic containers) coffee was poor, staff automatically wanted to use disposable cups. My husband would not have wanted anything on breakfast menu. We also had dinner, costly for choices but tasty. Would not eat there again.
