Liked: Convenient, clean, good parking.

Liked: I liked the bistro in the lobby it was great breakfast and Starbucks coffee which was awesome. The Pool and slide were great and we really enjoyed that part.
Disliked: I came home with Bed Bug Bites all over my body. I am really hoping they do something about that because I know bed bugs can get very out of control. We stayed a few weeks before this at the same hotel but a different room and I did not have this experience. So I’m guessing the problem is only localized to either the room i just recently stayed in or perhaps a few others. We stayed in room 401.

Liked: The facilities are great for kids and families as well.
Disliked: The reservation staff asked politely but turned her head and even made a bad-mouth gesture

Disliked: We requested extra towels and they never got delivered and the phone in the room was broken

Liked: Location was convenient and the pool was nice for the kids.
Disliked: Unfortunately the pool was unavailable to guests until 8:30pm, which had I known beforehand, I wouldn’t have chosen this hotel.
