Good hotel for a business...

Liked: Clean hotel, friendly staff, comfy bed, nice bathroom and room in general
Disliked: They did not clean my room during my stay, not even once. Also, breakfast was not included and extremely expensive - for this kind of money, it must be included.

It was adequate, but with...

Liked: Location, safety, comfort, and cost are my discriminators and in that order.
Disliked: Backup batteries in the smoke detector were losing their charge and the smoke detector flashed all night. The shower door seal was missing and it leaked. Half of the two-part coffee table was missing.

Great overnight stay thanks again!

Liked: Front Desk and hotel staff were kind. My room and facilities were very clean with high attention to detail and care.
Disliked: Wonky electrical outlet in the bathroom. Seemed to be a new upgrade and unused. Giving them the benefit of the doubt. I let the front desk know at checkout.

Liked: Customer Service and location.
Disliked: the bistro was understaffed but service was decent and the food and coffee were good.

A perfect stay.

Liked: I loved everything about my room. The bathroom was so nice. All the small details, from the countertop to the plumbing fixtures, make the place feel so luxurious. I would however recommend robes for the guest. The TV welcomes you by name. I love that I was out on the 1st floor. That was added convenience being that I have A newborn in a stroller. Everything was perfect!
Disliked: Maybe the prices at the bistro. Or you could add a kids menu that has more kid friendly prices.
