Disliked: Needed a lot of renovations, floor felt like it was going to cave at any moment. Didnt feel safe leaving my car in the open parking garage.

Clean and neat but bathroom needs renovated or repaired.
Liked: The room was very clean. The water pressure was amazingly good. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: In Room 216, the bathroom faucet was loose and felt like it would come apart, and the sink drain was hard to get back open once it was closed. The bathtub finish was chipped all over, and it had little support under it and felt like it was going to fall in.

Liked: It was in walking distance to the campus and stadium.
Disliked: The drainage to the shower in my room was clogged up and it was standing water in the shower each time I used it. It got so bad that it started leaking out the floor of the bathroom. Unfortunately, no other rooms were available.
