Liked: Convenient location as I was attending a holiday gathering
Disliked: My partner call down room service and there was no answer then he went down to order food to take up to our room and was told hell no. Was told it was to busy because it was to busy and that it wasn’t going to happen and told him he could go to coop across street. It’s pretty sad that you’re staying at a hotel that has room service and wouldn’t provide. I left him without a car because we were told there was room service but wasn’t treated nice when he had to go down to order then turned him away. Not happy about that at all. No matter how busy a paying guest at your hotel should not have to go thru that. We will not stay there again

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Rude staff in Dinning area "Nick" and Judy front desk. Racist and abrupt. Our first day there staff was minimal. We greeted house keeping, by saying Good Morning, she looked down and refused to respond... Wow, l paid $430 for 2 day stay ... To be treated like nothing. Then, we go to our prepaid breakfast because they didn't have room service.. hmm, l'm disabled and cancer patient.. unable fo be in large crowds. I was told ask for to go containers to bring items back to our room. So, l head down to the dinning area for breakfast (prepaid). Told there are no to go containers..; they can provide metal covers and tray for regular glass plates and tray to carry up to room. Less than 8 minutes later. A Caucasian family of 5; asked for to go containers, to the same female worker. She then goes to the back and provides containers. Yet, its after 10am (Breakfast ended( they were in transition for Thanksgiving dining). Day 2, our second morning, no issues my son and daughter went down got breakfast brought it back to the room with tray and metal plate covers. Day 3 andour last... Nick hotel staff, rudely told my 19 year old and 13 year old daughter that they couldn't bring items out the dinning area. In our 3rd day there after we had to bring food that we prepaid for up to the room daily since our 1st day of staying at the location. I asked for his name and he kept saying no nothing leaves the dinning area. 926am. Breakfast ends at 10 am. I advised l have done this for 2 prior days because the hotel was not providing room service due to short staff they claimed. I advised Nick of the previous racist issue in dinning area with to go containers. He stated he doesn't care speak to Judy at the front desk he walked away from the phone and my kids were on video call with me. I told them take photos of food in dinning area. Leave it and come upstairs. We still had metal covers etc from previous breakfast in the room.

Pleasant
Liked: The location was perfect.
Disliked: The bed looked like it had not been changed. When I pulled the covers back, there was hair on the sheet. I'm glad I traveled. with my own bedding.
