Clean, comfortable, mostly met expectations.

Disliked: As a Bonvoy member, I am accustomed to receiving a small gift package upon check-in. It is a lovely added touch to my stays. At this property, I received bottled water only. Still a nice gesture, but I'm used to a little more.

Liked: Location. Basement parking, staff are great. Bar on the ground floor.
Disliked: TV is not connecting to the wifi

Liked: Always clean, always friendly, room is very comfortable.
Disliked: Not their fault, and they are doing what they can, but the building next door is empty and it is kind of affecting the sidewalk vibe, if you catch my drift.

don’t stay here, especially if...

Disliked: nothing like people smoking fentanyl outside the front door. way over priced, charges for parking, breakfast and I booked there for the hot tub that was out of order when I specifically called to verified that it was working and was told it was.

Liked: Location to the hockey rink was perfect!
Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable and only had 3 pillows to 1 queen bed. Hot tub was also broken

Liked: Was an excellent facility, quiet comfortable room great location well worth the money spent. We had a great view of the Bay and could not hear any outside traffic from the street which was really great! The room was exceptionally laid out.
Disliked: Unfortunately, there were boot tracks on the floor in the bathroom from someone's black soled shoes,two different kinds and the exhaust fan was filthy. The cupboard which held the refrigerator was covered in fingerprints.
