Liked: Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: You did not offer a free breakfast with the room, mot of your competition does. I found the room on line while traveling back North from Florida. The room rate was reasonable at $105.00. When I arrived at the front desk the person working the desk was not there. He arrived a few minutes after calling the number on the note. When I asked for a room he quoted me $159.00. I showed him the on line quote and his only response was we don't match on line prices. He made no offer to help. His response seemed rather rude. I decided to leave to look for other accommodations. Where we were already there, I decided to try to register for the room on line. I was successful and re-entered the hotel where he proceeded to process the room. I have stayed at many hotels and the help at the front desk is usually very helpful. Not in this case.

My room was canceled

Disliked: My room was canceled because I didn’t check into my room at 3pm. I got to the hotel around 430. So i question the front desk about it. His next lie was because my card didn’t go thru. I sign up to pay at hotel when I arrive. Then he proceeded to say I wasn’t with a basketball team. So my room was canceled. Because I use booking. The front desk lied & said they tried to call me. I asked what number did they call from. He couldn’t tell me. That was a lie too.i never had any issues with an other hotel with using booking. I feel like the hotel sold my room to a basketball team & came up with every lie.

Not a great stay as...

Disliked: It was the worst stay for us, when we got there it took 30 min before someone helped us for the whole staff was in lobby taking group pictures,when someone did help us our room wasn't ready, so they gave us another one, the coffee machine was very small and dirty, there was no coffee or packet creamers, I had to go ask and the front desk had me waiting 20 min, the lids for the coffe cups did not fit, they had complimentary coffee an tea but when I got down to lobby to get one there it was none left the lady that was doing the cooking said it will be a few so I walked away, it says on the website it's a free breakfast but you have to pay for it we each got two eggs home fries and one slice of toast and it came to $40, they have fruit up by the front desk it was all rotten my banana was so gross, my grandkids was swimming in the pool my daughter was in the deep end which she could stand up in her foot landed in a hole in the bottom of the pool that had no cover on it if her foot got stuck she could have drowned so I went and told the front desk and all they said is yes we know would you like us to shut the pool down we really don't want to shut it down because people like to swim what kind of answer was that I said to her, the rooms need updating so bad, I don't even think they changed my sheets because they were so dirty, the ice machine I put ice in the ice bucket the next morning I woke up the ice was melted and it was filled with black floating things inside, when I was down in the lobby three people different people walked up to the desk to complain about something and all they did is smile and said okay, amongst of a lot of other things that were wrong there I also took pictures but I'm not going to post at the moment, but I do recommend do not stay there next time I will go to one of the other hotels around it
