Charged for parking was ridiculous....

Liked: At the price of the room , it should include a free breakfast
Disliked: The first room they put me in was already occupied by another customer. To say they upgraded me to a better room?? There was no difference in the room other than a different floor. I felt sorry for the other customer when I walked into the room and she was there. That was embarrassing for both of us on All levels and should never have happened. Compensation for both parties would have been appropriate. There is a SAFTY Level that was Breached. Good thing it didn't happen late at night.

Good hotel in Riverside

Liked: Comfortable and convenient to my work location.
Disliked: Having to pay for outside parking, first time ever at what I would consider a normal hotel with a normal outdoor parking lot. Understand paying for underground parking at city hotels, but not these types of hotels.

Liked: I like everything about the hotel the staff was very friendly and the room was very clean
Disliked: I didn’t like that the parking lot was a little to far from the main entrance they may have guest parking near by the entrance.
