We would stay at this...
Liked: We liked the location. Our room was great and I loved that the bed was close to the wall so I didn't have to worry about my baby rolling off.
Disliked: The pool was cold, had small worms/caterpillars in it, and had a weird smell.

Don’t waste your time and...
Liked: Nothing… the receptionist was rude and dismissive when I showed her my booking.com confirmation number. She stated my reservation was not in her computer and she didn’t even have my reservation in her computer. I again showed her my confirmation information and asked if they worked with booking. She said yes and shrugged her shoulders, moving on to a different customer. When I asked to speak to the manager she said I could wait in the lobby until midnight when she was expected to arrive. I booked a new reservation at the nearby Doubletree by Hilton with the same booking.com app. I was in a room there in less than 30 minutes. The receptionist there even same in finding the customer service number for booking.com. I will never book with this facility again and I hope karma is real because their receptionist deserves a dose of her own apathy.

Liked: Convenient shuttle to airport.
Disliked: Took a shower at 8pm. The water was lukewarm. Not happy.
