Liked: The rooms and the bed were amazing and slept great. And so was the hot tub.
Disliked: The staff was rude, especially the asst. Mgr. We had trouble with our reservation & she called the room, rudely snapping we had 10 minutes to get out & we could recheck-in once it was solved. It's ridiculous you have to pay for breakfast.

The entire staff was super...

Liked: At the pool in the hot tub were perfect. Very clean. The pool temperature was comfortable and it was in the middle of winter when we stay.
