Can't believe it's $15 for parking - it ruined everything good. I won't stay there again and I'm in Orlando often - too bad!
Liked: Front desk, bistro and the room.
Disliked: Charging $15 to park my car. Talk about nickel and diming your guests - tthat's robbery.

A Disaster caused by Poor...
Liked: The staff at the hotel were excellent and I would like to single out Greeta in the make sift Bar/Coffee Inn and Gigi on Reception. These two ladies were most helpful
Disliked: This hotel was undergoing a major refurbishment and we were not informed in advance. Facilities were not available and other inconveniences were major. We got no reduction in rate for this major disturbance to our stay. I have made a formal complaint to the Marriott Group and am awaiting a response

There was NO STAY
Liked: I like this location, it works for the area I am working in Orlando. The staff and hotel have always been good.
Disliked: What I didn't like on this trip was booking through BOOKING.com. A BIG mistake. I had to postpone my trip to Orlando, Marriott would not change the reservation and BOOKING.COM had no clout to work with them and just simply move it to the new dates. I had to eat the $500+. Yes, I found out it was a non-refundable rate when I called the hotel to request the date change (my wife did the booking, so I thought she had used points) She had searched for availability on BOOKING.com and mistakenly went for it for convenience. DO NOT USE - BOOKING.COM unless you are absolutely sure you will be there. If LIFE happens that requires a change in itinerary, like a sick sister, these are not the people to use. I now have to take my business elsewhere from Marriott since they were so unwilling to work with me or Booking.com on the shift. Thanks Marriott, for being so stringent that the money was more important than helping a long term customer. Hope the $580 was worth losing two business customers (10-12 stays a year). Congratulations!

Liked: It is close to where I am taking a class. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I believe there was mold from a leak in the A/C. Strong odor in room.

Liked: Staff was amazing. Pool was nice and clean. Location was awesome!!
Disliked: Pool was small. Room got half clean d, but they did come back. Shuttle did not pickup from the airport.

Liked: Loved everything! The staff, the beds, the pillows, the pool, all were wonderful! The shuttle drivers were the best!
Disliked: Can?t think of a thing I didn?t like.

Liked: The beds are extraordinary, the rooms great, and the service exemplary!
Disliked: For such a nice place it's somewhat of an awkward entry and parking set up and having to pay an additional $20 for parking at such a fine establishment diminishes the quality of the otherwise top shelf facility.
