Liked: I liked the location a lot. The staff were very helpful and I would stay there again.
Disliked: The lighting in the bathroom was very dark. Hard to put on makeup.

Pleasant Stay

Liked: Great location just off 5th Avenue by the library so central for everything, subway station 2 minutes walk. Hotel was clean
Disliked: First room we had wasn't good, very small beds, quite dingy with a large number of aircon units under the window which kept us awake all night, staff changed us to a far better room

I would probably go back...

Liked: Location was excellent, room and bathroom were clean and a good shower. Nice free coffee/tea machine. We asked for extra blankets and pillows and they provided that straight away.
Disliked: The room we were given was very dark as it was on the 17th floor and we were opposite and on top of an office building at the back which windows were looking straight into our room, so we had to have the blinds down. Not ideal.The room was small for 4 people. Decor a bit dated. We were a bit disappointed but we made no issue out of it, but we did hear other customers complaining about the misleading info/pictures advertised.
