Pleasant Courtyard Marriott in Naples,...

Liked: Clean, helpful staff, large rooms. Woman who ran the bistro was delightful!
Disliked: The shower curtain was flimsy and water covered the bathroom floor. Also, there was no bedroom service. Bed was not made and no new towels were delivered. Needed to call reception desk to have towels delivered.

Good but could be better

Liked: the bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned the location is great
Disliked: the staff is not nice, I dont feel welcome, maybe because Im gay.The housekeeping didnt clean my room when I was there.
