Disliked: Breakfast not included. Hotel is too expensive for not including breakfast. Will not book here again.

Liked: Staff was friendly, common area, common microwave on the floor, location.
Disliked: The pool area was not clean. We saw hair, false eye-lash, fake nail and an ant colony while in the pool area. Restaurant was not open in the evening as expected. The HVAC in the room was noisy and I did not get much sleep.

Liked: Great location, walking proximity to good dinner. Pool was fun for the kids. Bar was busy when we arrived for something going on at the conference center which seemed nice but not as calm of a check in as I was expecting.Room felt clean and well kept and had a nice view of the river.
Disliked: Desk Staff were efficient, kind enough, though not trying to spare any advice or aide us in where to locate a luggage cart.
