It’s a beautiful hotel! Stayed...

Liked: All updated and very clean. Staff friendly and pool warm. Small bar with a Starbucks in lobby.
Disliked: The water was scalding hot and couldn’t shower. Hot tub not working.

Very enjoyable experience.

Liked: I did not order breakfast. The room was extremely clean and pleasant smelling. I was pleased with the view from my 3rd floor room. I like being able to control the temperature. Great coffee.
Disliked: Everything was excellent.

Hotel was fine, but pool...

Liked: Clean room and facility overall.
Disliked: Pool and gym were closed. I never saw any notice of that while using Booking.com. That was a key reason for going there. We even went to Dicks Sporing Goods before checking in to buy a bathing suit, which was pointless.

Disliked: We showed up exhausted no one at front desk for 45 min Was planning to use pool/hot tub it wasn't in operation Elevator wasn't working we had to carry down all luggage in stairwell under construction full of dust 1 of my kids tripped on unfinished stairs

staff was delightful. bathroom needed...

Liked: did not take breakfast
Disliked: shower drainage in handicap bathroom did not allow any dry area by sink for rug. No hooks in bathroom. spa tub needs paint refresh, but management said they were getting ready for a remodel.
