Liked: Didn't have breakfast at the hotel.Like the location and the room.
Disliked: When Checking in the employee mixed up the names and we ended up with a room that we didn't chose and charged my credit card for two rooms instead of one, and for a rate that wasn't ours.Fortunately, I called the premises and Lorena help me out with everything and all turned out well.

Very disappointed. Tried to get...

Liked: Everything was very clean and the location was good.
Disliked: The first night there was no hot water in my room so I had to take a cold shower. The AC wasn’t working properly and stuck at only 67 degrees so it was freezing all night. We couldn’t get anyone to help until 3 PM the next day.
