Liked: The location is fantastic, close to restaurants.
Disliked: Upon arrival the woman at the desk was involved in a phone call and it took her a couple of minutes to acknowledge us.

Overall a nice stay.

Liked: They had recently updated the property and it was pretty nice overall. Our regular king room was very spacious with a nice comfortable sofa & ottoman which we like. The sink area was updated and is separate from the shower & toilet which we also like. Decor was nice.
Disliked: The bed wasn’t comfortable because you rolled to the middle. The shower looked very worn like it was either not updated with the rest of the room or it was cheaply done.

This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.

Disliked: Room service never came. Over two days this seemed strange. Wasn’t the best coming back to an unmade bed and towels on the floor

Liked: The service and assistance I received from Tori were exceptional. She made sure I received my points for my stay, which in the past stays no one has asked nor mentioned the rewards program since my initial sign up.
