Liked: The overall experience.
Disliked: Nothing.

Room and beds, especially, were very comfortable. Even though there was construction, they handled it well, and it wasn't a problem! Front desk folks were very friendly and accomodating. Now, if we can just keep some ugly guests from smoking, it'd be perfect!

Liked: New carpet in hallway very attractive!
Disliked: Saw people smoking in a downstairs room.

I will say again.

Liked: Staff were nice and competent from front desk to dining room. Anthony, Junior, Byran were excellent.
Disliked: 24 hours to have room service was an issue. We arrived at approximately 10pm no one answered the phone for room service. The first day our room was not serviced.
