Really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were modern, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were gracious and customer first friendly. It was really like resort living in the suburbs.

Disliked: Food not the best in choice and quality.

Liked: just a quality experience. The lobby was clean, pleasant smelling, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the layout of the room, everything was clean and well kept. Very nice accommodations, definitely would stay again

Horrible customer service, including managers....

Liked: Location was good. But the way that I was treated makes me feel really bad. Never again.
Disliked: The customer service was horribleBe careful when you provide your credit card information, I was acussed and harassed for the staff saying that I didn’t pay for my stay when from day one at the check inn my credit card was charged for the full amount plus the deposit.The issue continues after check out for two more weeks and I have my proof of charges.They never even apologized for the way that I was treated and for the threads that they make to me.

Disliked: The pool was closed while we were there - that being one of the main reasons for the hotel choice Bed was rough on the back
