Staff was great.

Liked: Justin at the front desk was an absolute standout and a credit to your hotel. He was so friendly, helpful and upbeat. If I ran a business I'd want it staffed by people just like him. Our shuttle driver was a great ambassador for your brand as well. We enjoyed our trip with him very much.
Disliked: When I moved the nightstand to access the wall outlet, it was obvious that the space behind it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. Lots of dust, debris, lost Legos, etc. Rust stains on the outside of the shower, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. No housekeeping.

Overall nice

Liked: The bed, TV and little sofa was amazing
Disliked: No hot tub and no transportation to airport between 9pm and 6am

Very comfortable and pleasant room....

Liked: We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. Choices were too limited for what we wanted.
Disliked: Many hotels have a coffee bar in the lobby all the time. This one did not.

Superb

Liked: The staff and location were fantastic. The beds were super comfy, and the shower got nice and hot.
Disliked: My only suggestion is that it needs updating. The headboards looked like they could use some attention. That, however, would not keep me from staying again.
