Liked: Location to busch gardens. Ease of check in and check out
Disliked: Room was missing several things (only had a bar of soap for toiletries), bath faucet was leaking non stop, chair in room did not stay up.

Liked: The front end staff was wonderful. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.
Disliked: At approximately 845am the maid didn't knock on my door to see if I had checked out yet. Luckily I had the extra lock locked.

Liked: Check in was great - hotel employee was super helpful and friendly. And the other staff we encountered were very nice. The room was comfy. They didn't have the bedding for the sofa bed but it was brought straight up once I called.
Disliked: Pool water was cold however that did not stop my son or the other kids there from playing in it. The bistro had a limited menu and was pricey for what you get.

Nice room, uncomfortable beds and...

Disliked: Cost is high for no breakfast included, sofa bed had badly stained mattress and the bar and springs of the sofa bad were digging into side and back also huge dip/hole in the middle of the sofa bed mattress. Chips were in the sofa bed. Refrigerator did not work. Miss having microwave in room as well. The price per night is excessively high for the condition and lack of free hot breakfast. Staff is great but hotel needs updating and a cost overhaul. Used to be we could stay the weekend for approx. 270.00 for a family of 5...that isn't the case anymore and it isn't easy to take a mini vacation or extended stay at the high cost and still have to buy breakfast as well as other meals. Would be great to see that weekend getaway cost of 270.00 come back again. Would encourage more ppl to travel and stay here.

Liked: Location was great. Staff was very friendly. There is room for improvement in the cleanliness aspect. Elevator had some discarded wrappers thrown on the floor.
Disliked: Water was so overpriced, and could have been cleaner. There was a lot of people around until late, that were a bit noisy.

Would definitely stay again.

Liked: Excellent stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous, and their staff was great! Great location, close to everything. Large rooms. Would stay again.
