Liked: The proximity to everything was very good. The area was safe.
Disliked: The hallway carpet should be upgraded.

Liked: The Hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful, they kept the place clean at all times.
Disliked: There isn’t much to do around the hotel if you don’t drive, if you’re there for a while I’d suggest a rental car as getting to downtown LA will cost you about $45+ each way depending on time.

Only stay there for convenience...

Liked: I have stayed in your hotel three timesThe first one in room 402 was comfortable and has a good view if the pool.The second stay in room 307, okay ISH but we can hear noises from next room.The last room 127, not a nice location as the window is facing parking space , which prevents us opening the window as the parking is near. Also, we found the sofa and cushion not clean enough as we had skin itchiness when we are seated on it. I had an insect bite on my face from the cushion, I am now being treated for skin infection from the bite.

Liked: Staff was friendly,,, check in was easy. not a fancy hotel but perfect for what i needed. Would book there again for sure
