Liked: Great front personnel and location was great.
Disliked: It was a touch older for a Courtyard. But very clean and nice.

Liked: Location. The manager was properly apologetic about the below problems.
Disliked: The toilet in the bathroom was not flushed and the room smelled of excrement - like a service station restroom. Someone should be fired. The manager moved quickly to move me to another room. I will not stay here again.

Liked: I'll tell you what we didn't like. We were not allowed to have breakfast. We were told that based on amount of room charge, breakfast was not included. We have had breakfast included with stay at other hotels for same amount or less of room charge. We did like the late checkout time.
Disliked: See above

Liked: The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. I forgot to turn in my card keys, called the hotel from the airport and they were so kind. Although, I prefer buffet breakfasts (18 year old son, need I say more), I was surprised at how delicious and fresh the breakfast meals tasted.

Disliked: Got a bottom floor room with a parking lot view when we requested a top room floor and it went through booking.com it also stated on the web site it was a smoking room and it was not. Had we known in advance we would not have booked this room. But sunce it was booked annd we was returning from a cross country trip to camp pendelton to watch our Marine get married and we was just to tired to go through loading everytging up agafin and finding another hotel and unloading again.
