The first day we had towels the next day we had 1 face towel and 1 wash cloth and two towels. We asked for more towels but never got any. Also the fridge didn't work and we had to ask for another one.

Disliked: When we checked in, requested daily room service and we didn’t have anyone clean our room while we were there.Ants crawling across bathroom floor.Hot water in shower was marginal, more like warm at full hot setting.

Disliked: The side door is very heavy and bangs loudly when used. Otherwise great place

A nice place in Richardson

Liked: Amazing staff, location close to the train station but safe. Very nice and comfortable rooms, with plenty of space.
Disliked: There is some unavoidable traffic noise from the streets outside. Insulation could be improved. Outside pool was actually closed.
