Very good
Liked: Laundry. Close location to the train and shops for meals. Most of all close proximity to LAX.
Disliked: We had a room close to the exit and looked out on the street. There was a bit of noiseAlso were jet lagged and slept through breakfast. It would have been good to be able to buy things from the breakfast bar after 11am

Liked: It was close to the airport.
Disliked: The carpet of the room and the hotel was dirty with blood stains in the room. The shuttle at the airport was not available despite we sent a message to the hotel notifying our arrival and you need to tell them that you need it for going to the airport back otherwise you won’t see it. The hallways does not smell good.

Good for a one niter
Liked: the room was clean and somewhat quiet. We were there to be closer to LAX. The TV and outdoor sitting areas are really nice.
Disliked: We asked for a room on a higher floor, but it wasn't given. Nobody helped us with our luggage, we had 5 pieces and had to drag it through the hotel lobby etc. The bed had a dip in it and wasn't the most comfortable sleep.

Disliked: when i booked i thought i requested 2 beds and ended up getting one bed and one sofa couch for both rooms i booked

One of the worst hotels...
Disliked: Horrible experience. They charge an EXTRA $150 fee that they claim goes back on your credit card in 5 days. This is insane to change that to every new guest. And then they don’t always put the amount back on your card. It’s an easy way to scam and overcharge guests. Furthermore, the employees are rude. And they force all guests to come down and personally pick up their Uber Eats deliveries. Terrible stay!

It was ok
Disliked: The tv wasn’t registered under my name. It had someone else’s name and the second day it just said guest. I had extended my stay and housekeeping tried to enter when it was locked and a do not disturb sign on door.
