Good Hotel in Kappa

Liked: Nice pool area, located directly at the sea and good point to explore the island, big breakfast buffet available, you can borrow bycicles, nice hot tube.
Disliked: They mixed up our luggage, our room door entrance system was broken, in generell a bit of a chaos. Due to the riff it is not possible to swim in the sea.

Nice layout but a bit...

Liked: Very nice view from the room of the ocean and overlooking the central courtyard. Aesthetics of the garden furniture, tiki torches, ambient lighting created a relaxing and romantic setting. Love the outdoor fire pits. This was a place to sit and enjoy the evening with your loved ones.
Disliked: Prices of coffee and food was very overpriced. Not only was the Pool was not heated, but it was extremely cold and very unpleasant to be in. Other hotels heat their pool but for some reason this hotel doesn't heat their pool. Biggest problem. We saw many cockroaches in our room during our stay which really killed the experience of this hotel! We complained to the front desk and they were nice enough to give us a $50 credit and offer to move us to a different room. However, I politely declined, having assumed the cockroach problem would persist no matter which room we were given.

Disliked: We were not satisfied with the resort at all when we arrived to check in and we decided to move to a different hotel. Even though we explained that the hotel is not stands at the same standard that was described online they still charged us for cancellation fee

Beautiful and Just what i...

Liked: Conveinent to everything and Nice spot on the Beach.
Disliked: I was bummed i couldnt work out In the gym. The morning after i arrived they shut it down for renovations. Wish i knew i would have chosen another hotel.
