Nice hotel, good location, friendly...

Liked: Very helpful staff, nice location.
Disliked: The room had an ant issue. It was the middle of winter, so it was strange to be dealing with ants. But the staff seemed to work hard on addressing the issue.

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful...and after switching rooms I ended up in a room with a balcony
Disliked: I was initially placed in a room with a sliding door that didn't open and there was a plumbing issue the first day of our stay so we had to switch rooms because the 1stcfloor smelled like sewage. I was given an upstairs room which was much better but there's no elevator so I had to carry all of my suitcases up like 15 stairs.
