Really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were modern, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were gracious and customer first friendly. It was really like resort living in the suburbs.

Liked: This hotel has a great property. Nice views, balconies and swimming pool thats stays open late and very accommodating.
Disliked: Front desk staff guy that night was horrible. I’m still waiting on a cancellation request from the property they WOUKD not allow me to book. Very rude unprofessional and inconsiderate. Blamed it on boooking.com

Liked: The staff was awesome. Very kind and accommodating to our late check in. We loved the room we were in and liked the fact we had various points of access so we didn’t have to walk super far to our room, and being handicapped that’s so helpful.
Disliked: Room was right under a stairwell and people were constantly running and yelling up and down the stairs at early/late hours. But we’re all sharing a building so I guess it’s expected.

Disliked: Cleaning has not been that good the last few times I stayed. Was disappointed because I like this place and have high expectations of the quality. Did not meet the standard this time.
