Disappointing

Liked: Location. Convenient for anyone traveling to Chattanooga airport
Disliked: Disappointed. Found hair on a pillow as soon as I entered the room. Fire alarm lights up all night and finds it disturbing.

Disliked: Soiled wet towels in the hall when we arrived and remained there next morning. No breakfast available. The staff didn’t show up? Others less than enthusiastic to help get any food /drink.

Disliked: Front desk staff was rude and very unprofessional. Front desk girl hung up on me 2 times when I tried to ask her a question. Third time she was absolutely so rude!

Disliked: I didnt like it was no wash cloth to wash my face I had to used my own including breakfast was charging you had to paid for it.
