Liked: Clean room and comfortable bed. Able to check-in early and we liked the 12 o'clock late check-out as well. Really great staff. Very accommodating. Loved our guest associate, Charlotte! :)
Disliked: No hair-dryer in room. Shuttle service charged more than our guest associate told us.

Even though they are remodeling, the accommodations were good. The staff was great and we had a nice stay.

Liked: Near food
Disliked: There was an odor throughout and especially the room. The airport transport hard limited hours so we couldnt use it. That was the reason I booked this hotel so it was a waste.

Liked: This room did NOT meet minimum standards for rating given. It was old, dirty, banged up and run down.
Disliked: We seriously considered driving home after returning from our concert and instead called the front dsk to see if there was a better rm n told her the condition of our rm, we were told "all the rooms are the same standard room" totally ignoring uncleanness

Marriott has lower its standards
Disliked: I expected better quality from a Marriott, that was the reason I selected this hotel among the other hotels in the area.Out door area and pool were not to the standards of this franchise.

Very disappointing for a Marriott...
Liked: The staff that we interacted with were professional and nice. Lobby was nice, but no restaurant no where to get sodas, water. Should at the very least provide bottled water.
Disliked: I can’t believe the property is run under the Marriott brand. Very disappointing. Listed that there was a restaurant, no restaurant and no where to buy food or drinks not even a vending machine. The “market” next to the front desk was practically empty. The pool was full of leaves, the ice machine was broken. There was a cleaning cart left in the hall next to our room the whole time we were there. The TV was maybe 27 inches. Very outdated. The locks on the door were loose also the outlets. Plugged my phone in all night but never charged because of the loose outlet. There is a shuttle from the airport, but not 24 hours so had to pay for a shuttle service because we had an early flight.
