Liked: The front desk was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The cleaners were very hard to communicate with and they came into our room without knocking first. Was very unprofessional and quite upsetting. Need to work on there staff.

Great stay and conveniently located.

Liked: Great location. Host was nice. Rooms were super comfy and clean. They are currently beautifying the outside of the hotel.
Disliked: The hallways could use new carpet.

Disliked: Terrible! Save your money. They overbooked the hotel . We asked for late check in because we were traveling from Ohio. They gave away our room even though I confirmed late arrival twice and it was approved. The lady at the front was horrible and said too bad we have no rooms and they had already charged our card. I have yet to receive the money they were supposed to refund from March 22nd and it's April 11th. Have NEVER had worse customer service at 1 AM. My husband, myself, and three teenagers had to sleep at a local rest stop until we could make it a little bit further. We never complain but made sure to leave a review to save others the trouble!
