Disappointing

Disliked: Pictures online had the hot tub available. We got there and it was cemented in. We ended up staying one night and going to another hotel the second night. But the staff was friendly about it.

We were not welcomed to...

Liked: The room is clean
Disliked: I booked a breakfast included room. But there was no breakfast at all. All they have just coffee and cake and muffins. We ordered two cakes and seating at the dining room, Maybe it was because the staff had to work on Christmas Day, what made they look so unhappy. We sat there for about 30 minutes, and the employee came over to collect the plates. She obviously wanted us to leave as soon as possible.

Liked: Nice linens.
Disliked: Put two holds on my card. Not a 3 star, rooms are not nice enough.

Very clean and quiet place...

Liked: Very clean, indoor pool for the kids and the staff was super nice and helpful if we needed anything. The hotel was quiet too which is nice.
Disliked: The website doesn’t say they filled in the hot tub, wish that would’ve been communicated up front. The pillows are terrible, way too thin (you legit need 3 to make 1).
