Pleasantly surprised, comfortable and clean
Liked: Good location, well-maintained & consistently clean facilities, terrific staff from front desk to housekeeping to barista. Would have liked an option for a small in-room microwave, but that's just a "very-nice-to-have."
Disliked: LOTS of very rambunctious youngsters (youth hockey team) playing in the snow, then running up and down the hall to and from the indoor pool outside of standard "quiet" hours. Given the unusual cold snap, it's to be expected for youth with boundless energy to remain undeterred by the elements.

Fresh and clean
Liked: The employees were really nice. The location is nice. Close to stores and not far from O'Hare Airport
Disliked: The carpet on the room, as well as in the hallways, needs to be replaced. The headboard in the room was loose.
