Perfect location, quiet

Horrible experience old hotel broken...

Liked: Location to restaurants
Disliked: Paid for a king bed, front desk agent put us in a queen handicap room and I'm not handicap. The room set up was weird. TV and bed will break your neck turning to see TV. She also put us on the highway side which was SUPER LOUD 24/7. Next day went to request a new room and make sure the noticed I'm a silver rewards member. They provided a complimentary drink and move us to a non handicap king room on the next floor up. We were not allowed to stay on the opposite side of the hotel. After changing rooms the elevator went out and we went from a handicap room to having to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs because the elevator went out. The hotel is super old and dated. Should not carry the Marriott name it definitely does not meet the standards. This hotel was a bad choice. The only convenient part of staying here is it is close to great restaurants. Will not stay here again. The staff is unprofessional especially the woman that kicked this off by placing us in a handicap room and we are not handicap.
