Enjoyable and easy to get too .

Liked: The place was very clean and the staff was very accommodating and very nice but I feared for them because with the sign of the times they were missing good sercurity and a camera surveillance these things don't lie please give this some serious thought. I love the balcony I could get air stay in my room, I really loved that and your competition next door did not have that plus! And a menu with restaurants and stores that deliver would be a plus gining you another fee for providing a service have them meet at the front desk or allowed to knock on residence door and get payment get phone call at desk. When food is at desk they come pay or charge to the room. I think that would help now if you have a kitchen it's not mentioned much.
Disliked: This hotel was very nice but was missing video surveillance on each floor ,stairwells even in elevators to make sure your investment is being well taken care of and the people are safely to there rooms as well as having a monitor screen at the front desk , I witnessed cars casing your hotel and the customers car in parking lot, not good more helps police to be able to come that front desk and see if ever called for something supioucs activity. Not to invade peoples privacy to police but to give more sercure environment for guess and employees of your beautiful hotel. I hope you consider my observation. Ps you need microwave in the rooms or just in the large kings size suites and double rooms with balcony and you could charge more and I would be the first to want and pay more gladly. Good investment. Mr. Lewis.
