Marriott is always my choice of stay. The staff is always accommodating and friendly and willing to please, no matter which state I'm in.

Disliked: The pool could use an upgrade. It was dingy, lighting was dim and overall mediocre. The breakfast was not up to par. Very limited selection as well as some items being out of stock. Disappointing.

Disliked: Customer engagement was not there . I came in at night. As soon as I walk through the door. There was no one to check me in. After about half a minute, a young lady and a man come from the back. The young lady walk past me and didn't even acknowledge I was standing there. The man did help me..

Liked: what's not to like. lol. The front dest staff were friendly and helpful, the renovations that had just been completed made the hotel look brand new, and the bed was very comfortable. Having a true Keurig coffee maker in the room was just like home.
Disliked: nothing to dislike. everything was great.
