It was the best stay...

Liked: Absolutely everything - not able to say this before now on the feedback - was upgraded to Boulcott Suites
Disliked: We didn't out before trying to check in at Courtney Village that the reservation had been moved - but was well managed by duty staff at Boulcott who apologised profusely

Superb

Liked: We were moved from the Courtney place to the Boucoult Suites, place was central, beds were comfortable and clean and staff were extremely friendly and helpful
Disliked: Minor details. Freezer wasn?t cold enough so we couldn?t have ice, it couldn?t freeze anything. Coffee machine wasn?t working properly

Clean, tidy and hand to...

Liked: Comfortable beds, and location was awesome, close the shops and restaurants
Disliked: Hot tap in bathroom was loose and no sky TV
