Overall satisfactory, great pleasant staff...

Liked: The breakfast offered a good selection of cold and warm food choices. Coffee cups were very small (6-8 oz) but easily refilled while eating. Dining area was kept clean.
Disliked: Eggs were soggy and ?powdered. The coffee cups were very small and many folks brought their own in order to have a larger volume or to keep it hot. There were cracks and missing pieces of compound in some of the room walls like edges of A/C unit etc., paint was chipped and entry door needing painting. Door hinges and areas around the ice/vending machines were showing rust. I requested that the trash please be emptied and coffee maker supplies be restocked on day two of the three day stay, and neither was done, so there were 3-4 small bags of trash in the room by the end of my stay.

Liked: It was fine for a one-night stay. Breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable.

Decent but would not stay...

Liked: Room was large. Good location. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Not the cleanest. Needs some TLC (ie touch up paint in high use area such as doors). Thin walls. Could hear conversations through the wall.

Exceptional

Liked: Best hotel in the area. Best staff, good gym, and walking distance to good food options.

Disliked: Pet friendly hotel so the chair in the room didn’t look clean…
