Liked: The staff I met were friendly an location was clean.
Disliked: I booked a room for 7days with a king room an bed was supposed to have a couch two bed side lamps an wall mounted TV etc but I never got any of that. Plus they took $50 on top of $856 an I haven't gotten that back yet. I feel as though the rate I paid for what I got wasn't right considering I never got what I booked. My son an I always made sure the room was cleaned an the last day we even rounded up all the dirty towels an put them together an the bedding to help the staff plus all our trash was kept together so they had easy cleaning.

Disliked: Once we finally found it, we were demanded a $50 damage deposit each which was not noted in any paperwork. The rooms remained unmade and uncleaned, even the bathroom. It was run down, the toiler kept running and the bed linens were totally inadequate.

The hotel was clean, organized and the staff was amazing and helpful.

Liked: The staff was amazing! Denise, Kaiya, and Brittani were so helpful and went out of their way to be kind.
Disliked: It was perfect!
