Liked: Comfortable bed and pillows. Room was very clean and they had a great breakfast!

Liked: We have stayed here every time we have been in the quad cities which is 2 to 3 times a year. The beds are very comfy the rooms are very clean. And it is close to everything
Disliked: Our toilet was broke and the front desk guy came up and looked at it and said he fixed it but after he left it wasn't fixed. We had to keep taking the tank cover off the back and manually make it fill up so it could be flushed

Disliked: staff was not warm and friendly and breakfast was horrible. Hot food was cold, sausage was raw, rolls/French toast was hard as a rock. When they ran out of eggs and I told desk gal. Took her forever to help. Sheets were dirty on bed

Liked: Friendly and welcoming front desk. Provided info about the area and nearby restaurants. Breakfast was standard fare but hot and fresh.

Disliked: The shower did not work. When mentioned to staff was kinda rude about it.

Liked: Good variety for breakfast. Morning staff was friendly and helpful. Nice area in the breakfast area for the family to sit together and play games. We didnt use pool but seemed nice. I would recommend as a 7 rating.
Disliked: Pillows were very small, carpet worn and the bathroom door didnt lock. Stair rail was dirty. The couches and pillows in the lobby are dirty and worn. Walls were thin. Hotel needs attention.
