Liked: The staff was friendly; clean facility; great location.
Disliked: The only negative I have is that there was some kind of stain on the floor of our hotel room.

Worst stay EVER...

Disliked: The front staff member was rude, and my card was having some issues (due to wear and tear). The front desk guy said loudly, it looks like you don't have any money. They charged me a different price than what I booked. The water pressure sucks and it smells like old cigarettes. I told the manager about all these problems and was promised things, and they definitely did not do as they said they would. I will never stay again....

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great, 2 min walk to light rail that takes you to downtown. Several options for breakfast for the whole family.

Liked: The breakfast was good and the person working at breakfast was great. She kept the food hot and stocked.
Disliked: The carpet in the room was very worn. Most of the people in my party that were in other rooms had problems such as leaking toilet, commode not flushing, and even roaches in the room. The roach problem inconvenienced them a large amount therefore causing them to move to another room after 9 p.m.
